Is anyone else up for seeing Moulin Rouge at the Riverview Theater this weekend? (11:55 pm showing on Fri. and Sat.)

It's one of my favorite movies. But it's a very odd movie and it's hard to predict whether people will like it or hate it. When it came out, I saw plenty of people walk out of it (really!) which you don't see all that often.

It sure is pretty eye candy, though, if one doesn't mind how fast it all whirls by. And I love the soundtrack and all the musical bits.

So yeah, I'll be going one Friday and/or Saturday night. Kevin's never seen it on the big screen, just on DVD. It really is much better BIG.
