sraun and iraunink's house for gaming using this route:
The part along 40th from Bryant to 35W has bike lanes on both sides so it's a nice ride.
April 21, 24, 25, & 27 - rode to work using the 44th St. route.
April 22 - rode to Clay's house for gaming. The route I took was mostly my normal route but I tried cutting over to Xerxes on 76th. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue doing that in the future though because there's a huge honking hill between Penn and Xerxes on 76th and I hate hills.
I rode to work today using the 44th St. route. Got up at 6:00, on the road by 6:22, arrived at work at 7:16, at my desk and ready to work by 7:40. The traffic was noticably lighter today because I left about half an hour earlier than normal. While I seem to be getting stronger, especially on the hills, the amount of time it takes to get to work doesn't seem to be getting any better. I think I might have been a little over ambitious in setting my goals.
