Yeah. The rule in Fargo is still, don't upset the white people. The rule applies to all colors of people.
There is a guy with a few horses just north of Fargo who is constantly having to defend against accusations of animal cruelty. His place is just messy. The horses are fine. But he is messy in plain view of the freeway. They don't like messy. He was quoted in the paper that he could do anything if he lived out of sight.
