I can do it.
We've given up on trying to sell the house, (which was on the market for the past year, or I'd have volunteered sooner, but couldn't be sure from month to month if I'd still be there.)

It looks like I'll be here through spring now, so I can promise to play hostess, with the notation that there's limited seating, so if anyone can bring along a few extra folding chairs, all the better.

Laurel and I discussed the Dec. 18th meeting on Thursday night when we were at Caffe Tempo and we decided that we would like to host that one. Thanks for volunteering though! Would you be willing to host some other date? Someone has expressed interest in the January 15th meeting but I don't think anyone has spoken for either of the February meetings. They would be February 12th and 19th. They are both going to be board nominations meetings so possibly a bit better attended than average. If the person who has expressed interest in the January meeting drops out (they haven't actually committed yet) would you like me to keep you in mind for that one?

Why don't we say February 12? If the January plan falls through you could keep me in mind for that one instead, but I'd need some advance warning.
