Let me make one thing perfectly clear

When I say "I'm not interested in running Minicon 42" this does not mean that I am interested in running Minicon 43. Or to make it even clearer: I'm not interested in chairing Minicon 43. I might be convinced to consider chairing/co-chairing Minicon 44 but it would probably take something along the lines of a group of people coming up to me and saying "Hello, we are a fully formed Minicon 44 ConCom and we're looking for a chair. Are you interested?"

Hey, that sounds like what was happening to me at the most recent New Year's Eve party!

I might co-chair with you if most of a committee magically appears. For me, at a bare minimum 'most' would have to be ... Registration, Treasurer, Programming, Hospitality, Publications, Hotel, and Volunteers. Children's Programming / Childcare would be good. Having to find Art Show & Hucksters would be all right. Operations would depend on perceived need.

Which somehow reminds me - have you and laurel made an appointment with iraunink about a checking account yet?
